Initiate Your Return

Log into your Ferplast account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
